I'm an I130 IR filer from March. I've been waiting for 8 months and still don't have my NOA2. I am living with my grandparents, and don't have a car, or job. I also have two children under the age of 5. I understand how upsetting and frustrating it is. My best suggestion is to find something to do in the meantime, read on here, and try not to make yourself crazy. I know how hard it is, I really do. I don't just have my pain to carry, but that of my children who desperately miss their father. I've found that getting outside and walking or doing some kind of activity, even if it's dreary and rainy, helps to keep me from losing it on a regular basis.

Sorry maybe it was for nice for you! And I'm not jumping down everybodys throat here but I'm not sitting here and listen that it s "redic" to wait just 3 months! And we don't even have the noa yet! I also said i agree it is much harder when you wait YEARS (like she said it) !

I don't think that 3 months is ridiculous. It takes time to process files. I would have been happy with the total of 8-9 months of total processing time that they were averaging when I filed my petition. That being said, I do think it's silly that petitions that were filed after you are already getting their NOA2 if they're in the same service center. Have you checked on the USCIS website to see when your file was last touched? Have you had your fiance call to find out what's going on with your case?

Again, I've been waiting for 8 months.I still don't have an NOA2 yet. If 3 months is ridiculous, then 8 months must be obscene to you. Perhaps you are only considering your own pain, and not that other people have been waiting much longer. Imagine that you've already been married for years, and can't see your spouse for that long. It really sucks. I'm not saying that what you're going through isn't difficult, it most certainly is. But you will probably be approved and here with your fiance long before my husband is here. And I have a hard time commiserating with you when you are being nasty to people who are basically agreeing with you.

I understand that you wait 8 months and this isn't easy for you either, I bet it is much harder for you as it is for me. I'm not married yet and I can only imagine how it.....

But where I don't agree with you is the point that she was nice to me! I think the right words are sounding different and she could have said everything more in a nice way! She sounded like she is making fun of me and is telling me what to do! I didn't asked her for telling me what to do! I just asked what she did to passing by time! Really sorry but this is my opinion and I don't think she was nice! I have seen a lot more friendly people than this! Look even how she wrote! I'm not sitting here and taking this,.... I'm sorry but you don't have to read it than,.....

WOW! You know what?! I would right now tell you some really bad words here but I try to control myself!

But one thing I want to tell you: I don't give a flying monkey F*** what you tell me here! It doesn't matter if you wait months or years it is still always the same HARD!!! Sure it is harder when you wait years But every person here is fighting alone with it and I don't think it is "redic" when you're sad of waiting!!

Wow you are overreacting here a lot and I don't sit here and care what YOU tell me to do and not to do!

actually you are the one overreacting and attacking every single person who makes suggestions to you about how to the pass time. You clearly have issues with anyone who happens voice an opinion. If you only wanted replies from people who want to kiss your azz or buy into your woe is me attitude, you should have said so. No one here is forcing you to stay at home all day with noting to do, that is your choice.

You are misunderstanding what she wrote, probably due to the language difference. I know that what she said would sound rude in German, but in English it doesn't have that connotation at all. She was giving you suggestions on how to get through this in order to keep your sanity. Nothing more was meant by it. I know that you felt what she said was not nice, but I honestly think that you are reading her comments incorrectly.

Wait until she finds out she will have to wait another 3-5 months for NVC, and then another 1-2 months for embassy.

Honestly the way the OP is treating people who posted on this thread is disrespectful in itself.

I have nothing good to say to OP.

Kaylara on the other hand, you are a very nice person and patient to handle this.

Yeah that is true, and also I agree that people do have it worse. But I'm sure as you all know here it is hard waiting for a loved one. Also some people handle things differently than others. I wasn't writing here for "azz" kissing or sympathy, but to see if others are in the same situation and same "frustrated" state as me.

It seems this thread has turned from its original intent to something different. I didn't mean to sound so aggressive!

It's just annoying to wait!

I'm sure it is for all of you waiting to be with the love of your life.

So I would like to move forward and not argue about whose situation is worse or about me doing nothing with my time.

Again sorry for sounding like I was jumping down "everyone's" throat.

We are all in this together... I was just venting too much about it!!

I wish everyone a pleasant journey and thanks for those helpful comments that are tucked away inside this thread!
