Hi guys
Finally we received this Saturday November 9, 2013 the letter that indicates the additional documents requested by the USCIS. Turns out we received two letters: one addressed to another person who is not my husband indicating CITIZENSHIP tests and the second indicating us that we had left blank the question no. 22 Section C of Form I-130. How we handle the issue of error made by the USCIS? helpsmilie.gif
We hope his usual answer.

Contact USCIS, Explain the situation, They will take all information, Due to the error on the USCIS your case will most likely be expidited.

Good Luck!

Your case is not likely to be expedited. You need to call the USCIS to let them know you recieved this letter that wasn't for you (or rather your husband. You need to send the letter address to the person who is not your husband, back to the USCIS and also answer your RFE. They generally will not take a phone answer so you must answer the RFE via mail. Q22 should not be blank. If you are interviewing in another country (that is not adjusting your status) you should have written on the right side which country and embassy/consulate you were interviewing with.
