I received an RFE today. I am confused about what it is asking of me. It states on this page that "all foreign language documents......." Then says what ommited items I have. I sent in Foreign language documents before that I forgot to translate. Are they asking me to resubmit them translated or are they only asking me for the ommitted items listed on the next page?

My next question is.....they ask me complete queston 15. Then if my fiance is currently in the US to Complete the following. Well the answer is she has never been. Do I just leave the rest of question 15 (a,b,c,etc) blank or add "N/A" as asked. I really don't want to recieve another RFE so I want to be super positive on what I am suppose to do before I mail it in. Please any help and guidance will be mean a lot!

Regarding the non-English documents, you have to provide translations, plus a Certification of Translation (check on this page). I would send those with the non-English originals.

As for the other question, it is weird that if she has never been to the US before and you checked No,why would they want information that doesn't apply? Hope other members can help on this one.

If it's a yes, but she's not currently in the US, I would think that no,you don't need to answer anything else. If it was unchecked, then of course that's what they were looking for to begin with.

I must admit I checked the box right before I scanned it. The question was asked with no answer. I just marked "yes". Do I need to answer anything else to do with question 15 after I check "yes"?

How can people help you if you are making it appear you did one thing but you really did another?
