HI VJ family !i want to share this news with you .just got my approval:) i wish every1 to hear the good news soon and be with their loved ones .plz can you tell me about the next step how to track my case ,the overage of time etc ...your advices and help are always so appreciated.!! Thank you .

6/21/2013 -Married in Stockholm, Sweden 4/16/2014- Case received at NVC

9/6/2013 -Priority Date 5/13 /2014- Case number and IIN assigned

2/25/2014 -Transferred to NSC 5/20/2014- DS-261 completed

3/31/2014 -Approved 5/21/2014- AOS fee invoiced and paid

5/22/2014- AOS package overnighted to NVC

5/28/2014- AOS scanned into the system

6/20/2014- IV invoice email (but fee still locked on CEAC )

6/23/2014- IV fee finally unlocked and paid.

IV package overnighted to NVC

6/30/2014- IV scanned in. DS260 completed.

7/1/2014- AOS accepted

7/2/2014- False checklist (AOS reviewed)

8/1/2014 False checklist (attorney's G28 reviewed)

8/2/2014 False checklist (NVC not sure why it was generated)

I am the beneficiary. 8/12/2014 CASE COMPLETE!

8/26/2014 Medical

9/2/2014 Interview... APPROVED!!!

9/5/2014 Visa in hand

Removal Of Conditions:

10/29- Package sent to VSC

11/1 - NOA1

11/17- Received biometrics appointment letter

11/30- Biometrics appointment

congratulations to you and yours!! any news about the upcoming events in your journey can definitely be found on this forum. I have found all my answers here, and I am lawyer free!! I am in the approval phase of my paperwork at NVC, so I just went through what you are about to go through! Good luck in your journey.

Congrats!! I'm so happy for you!! I think that waiting for the NOA 2 is the worst part of this whole process. Definitely use the guides and threads that blueberry pancake listed and keep calling the NVC until you get your case number. I think I called about 3 times a week. It took a month which was really frustrating because just before that they were only taking 1-2 weeks. It looks like it is still taking a month now. Still keeping you in my prayers. :)

thank for all your support and prayers you are defenitly a great confort :) just wondering about the form i-864 if i have to wait till they send it to me(via e-mail or mail?) or just download it form the uscis website anytime and fill it same thing for the co-sponcer how he can fill out the form i-864 ???

Co-sponcer is self-employment what kind of tax transcript nd so which income is required nd what documents he should provide ?

You're welcome! :) Both you and your joint sponsor can download the form from the USCIS site and get started filling it out now. The instructions for the I-864 will tell you all about the necessary tax forms required for self employment. Also, your joint sponsor will need to provide a copy of their birth certificate, passport or naturalization if they are a US citizen or their permanent resident card if not. The very last page of the instructions has a checklist of everything you and your joint sponsor will need.

thank you so much .would you plz share your personal NVC experience if you dont mind .i want to avoid every cheklist .looks like we have a similar case .what exact taxes forms did provide and documents ...? for the IV PACKAGE i have a police clearence and birth certificate since 1october orginal with translation is it ok if we can send them around january or feb ?
