Request for Help: Example DS-260 Form Community Help Needed

Hi All-

I've created a DS-160 Example form in our examples section:

http://www.visajourney.com/content/examples

However, I am unable to do the same to create a DS-260 as doing so requires and active NVC case number to begin that online form. Can someone who has an active case try to create an example form (screen shot prints like I did for the DS-160). You can (or I can) go in and redact / remove any personal information and then we can upload it to the site.

This will end up being quite helpful to everyone but I am unable to do this myself.
