Hello everyone,

I filled my I 130 for my spouse on Oct 15th, 2013, and they give me my case number on Dec 3rd, 2013 from the NVC.

I am a permanent resident. What should I do now after receiving my case number from the NVC? I tried to call them a couple of times, but I could not reach them?

Do you have any idea can help?

Hey there!

How did you get your case number from the NVC? If it was by email, they should have given you instructions to follow. Generally, they say that a visa number is not available for your priority date and they'll notify you as soon is your case is ready for further processing at the NVC.

Don't be confuse.

This thing is simple. Just wait for our PD to be current and NVC will notify us as soon as our visa number is available.

My PD is oct 1, 2013. I got my case number already though phone and i got an email also from NVC concerning about my Visa availability.

So, just keep be patient because you are NOT ALONE.
