I am still waiting, I-130 was applied back in June 2012

Wow really? That's a long wait knowing that the processing time is only 5months and a lot of cases whose PD is not current got already there approvals. You gotta do something buddy! I've read threads where the write a letter to senators about cases like this and your PD is current so better do something for your case to be processed.

I have already written a letter to the local congresswoman, she has contacted USCIS and they also gave us 90 days to investigate and the came back to us saying they need more time and still we have nothing. It's very frustrating, it's been 18 months. I just to see my wife and live with her.

Woohoo!! We got the I130 approved. Now the other waiting game begins with the NVC. Unbelievable that we got the approval so fast and already. Almost time for my husband and I to be reunited forever.

07/14/2010 - Tiger left for the US

04/27/2012 - Tiger came visiting

10/13/2012 - Visited Tiger in Chicago

09/19/2013 - My second visit to Chicago

10/04/2013 - Got married in Mt.Pleasant, IA

05/18/2014 - Tiger came visiting again (YAY!!!)

10/24/2013 - I-130 sent

10/28/2013 - PD

10/29/2013 - NOA-1 received in email

10/30/2013 - Check cashed

10/31/2013 - NOA-1 hard copy received

12/04/2013 - NOA-2 approved (in email)

12/09/2013 - NOA-2 received in snail mail

12/16/2013 - NVC received the case

01/09/2014 - Got my case and invoice ID numbers

02/12/2015 - NVC started generating forms and invoices for our case (according to a nice NVC rep)

Hi. can anybody say how to contact congressman or congresswoman? I wonder if there is any email address or postal address for them?

I want to contact them since my husbands green card is lost after USCIS posted and we even did not see that. so he has a pending I-90 form which once has been rejected due to not paying the fee and we re-apply for that. I have I-130 without my husbands green card , and just has the stamps which is expired and i wonder if it affects their decision on approval or denial.

so our complicated case is making me worried day after day.

1/10/2013 : We sent I130 application to chicago

3/10/2013 : Application received - Priority date

8/10/2013 : NOA1 hard copy received

26/3/2015: Case Transfered to California

2/4/2015 : I-130 Approval

5/4/2015 : NOA2 Hard Copy received

23/4/2015 : NVC recieved the case

1/5/2015 : Case number and IIN assigned (Phone Call)

11/5/2015 : DS-261 Available and completed

27/5/2015 : Both fees were paid via post

28/5/2015 : AOS and IV package mailed to NVC

6/6/2015 : Scan date - Document received by NVC

5/7/2015 : DS-260 Available and completed

6/7/2015 : Checklist ( marriage certificate from another authority- i864 ( missing tax for 2014)

16/7/2015 : our new Scan date

12/10/2015 : 2nd checklist: NVC lost the resident permit document and ask it again.
