Did you called them? My daughter's case was approved on nov22 and upto now NVC doesnt have any say on my case. They keep on telling wait for 8weeks sad.png

we are on the same boat. I think the cases that were transferred from vermont to nebraska took a little bit longer to get to the NVC, mine was sent las Nov. 26th and they just received on the 18th. I called last week and the guy told me to call back in ten days to see if the case number has generated already but I called back again today and I was told to wait another 30 days.

Well.....i haven't heard any of the November 2013 filers getting any approvals either from VSC or CSC. Seems they have not yet started to catch the November filer's petitions. But still i hope for the best, since the processing time is 5 months that keeps me somewhat relieved. Hope that they start processing our files soon....

I still feel worried that it will retrogress cause I don't hear more approvals coming. But I wanna stay positive cause I want to be with my significant other in 2014. I wish us more luck. Merry Christmas btw.

If Nov filer is getting approval is a good sign for all of us. Atleast they pick up our files is important rather than our files just piled up for a supervisor.

it seems they kind of ignored all that was included in the filing.

Thank you for the info.... i just recieved the email today... the approval dat was january 2, 2014.... i have no idea about the pd.... i just know that my mom filed it around february of 2013..... and will it be proper... i just signed in for info pass and got the date on january 10 at 8am.... just wanna make sure about any expecatations... im really clueless on this things.... because all of my family is in ny and im the only one left here
