It's been almost 3 weeks since I sent my documents to NVC ,did not receive any emails yet for confirmation :clock:

My wife & My 2 daughters Visa Journey

09/21/1999 - Met
02/18/2012 - Johnny left for the US
07/26/2013 - Johnny went visiting
07/29/2013 - Got married in P-au-P
09/23/2013 - I-130 sent
09/30/2013 - PD
09/30/2013 - NOA-1 received in email

10/03/2013 - NOA 1 received in the mail
11/13/2013 - NOA-2 approved (in email)
11/18/2013 - NOA-2 received in snail mail

11/25/2013 - NVC received the case

12/05/2013 - NVC assigned case number

05/22/2015- NVC case completed over the phone

06/01/2015- cc email confirmation

Interview 08-05-2015 7AM Port-au-Prince

06/06/15 Ceac in AP status :cry: (they ask me for joint sponsor)

10/02/15 Ceac changed from AP to Issued (after almost 2 month)

10/07/15 Passport with Visa oh hand :dancing:

10/18/15 Ready to enter in US JFK airport

I still don't have the access to DS260 nor IV payment option. My PD is 09/27/2013. Already sent docs to NVC, scan date was 03/11/2015. Any idea?

You should call NVC today and ask them to review your DS261 on phone and you will receive the invoice probably next day :)

When did you send your document to NVC? Did you use snail mail or electronic processing ( E-MAIL ) Your scan date is when your document was delivered to NVC. NVC sends confirmation e-mail 2 business days after receipt confirming receipt. Good luck

Just curious, did you use snail mail or EP? It is unsual not to get a confirmation if it is snail mail. If you sent your package via mail, i think you should call NVC. 3 weeks is a long time.

I did not complete DS261 because i used a law firm to file my petition, but i have read a lot of members write that NVC reviewed DS261 over the phone with them, also confirm from NVC if you can send in your civil documents and financial documents so that your 45 DAYS or 60 days would starting ticking. You should call NVC.

hi i thing i have to wait as the info in my application page its mentioned as below

After submitting the DS-260, mail all supporting documentation (as listed on the Documents The Applicant Must Submit web page) for each applicant to the NVC.

Once received, it will take the NVC 60 days to review your case. If any additional information is required after the review, the NVC will notify the applicant (or the applicant’s agent).

so i have to complete the online IV Application (form DS-260) since i didn't fill it due its not active yet

thank you for your help and i will update here as soon as i got something
