Hi,

I notice from your timeline that you submitted the DS-260 three days after you paid the IV bill.

When did you see the DS-260 form from CEAC website? Was it after the IV bill marked as PAID?

Hi,

As far as the IV supporting documents, what did you send?

I know everyone is different but I would like to do a sanity check in case we miss something.

For us, we are going to send:

1. Cover letter

2. IV cover letter from NVC

3. 2 * passport photo of the beneficiary

4. Original Birth Certificate of beneficiary, certified copy and its English translation translated by authorized translator per US embassy in Jakarta, Indonesia.

5. Original of our Marriage Certificates (one marked with Husband, another one marked with Wife), copy of each, and their English translation translated by authorized translator.

6. Photocopy of the Biographic Data page of the beneficiarys passport

7. Photocopy of my greencard

Note: Police report is not applicable for our country.

Other documents such as Court and Prison records, Deportation, Military records, Adoption documents are not applicable for us.

Anything missing from the above?

Thanks.

No problem.

Note: every case is different, please make sure that you check the requirements for your unique situation as far as the documents that you need to submit.

For example: we do not have to submit police report because per reciprocity requirement for our country, it is not needed.

sure thing, I will make the necessary adjustments, especially that I the beneficiary will be sending in the papers, and not the petitioner.
