Right above on this page, in the tab that says "downloads" you click on it and there's a link saying K1 Visa forms.

You should use the DS-156 there also, it generates a bar code, making it easier for the consular officer to enter the info from the form to the system.

Many consulates are requiring the online DS-156 to be used.
