Hi There, I am looking for some assistance. After months of waiting I have received RFE today.

Forms /Omissions

Omitted Items: Complete the items circled in red on the attached copy of the petition. If any items does not apply, write "N/A"

Guess what?

They forgot to send me copy of my petition which is submitted.

Should I call to them?

Write a letter to them?

Any advice...

Call them if you can but hopefully you saved a copy of your petition. Just look it over and see where you omitted an "N/A" and send it in. I find that so ridiculous; couldn't they just CALL someone? It's small things like this that make us afraid of doing any little thing out of the ordinary.

But then when you get to the embassy and don't have your medical or AOS, they let you just bring it back. Crazy.

Thank You Jeanna, Yes I have a copy of the petition i submitted and going through and will send and send a letter that i did not receive but i am making sure that i will answer everything even does not apply to me..........
