We just got our MNL number and Im about to have my fiancee pay for the visa application fee. We are looking for a Feb. 2014 interview for her. Is it too early for her to get her NBI and Cenomar now? Thanks in advance for any advice.

It is not early for her to get her NSO CEnomar and birth certificate and NBI clearance ...

in fact I would advise to get the 3 docs this early cause if it is her first time to get the document, there might be a hit in the NBI (meaning there is another person with same name as her) which she can get the NBI clearance after one month...as to the NSO especially in the provinces (like where I was from) I was able to get the CEnomar also after one month cause NSO staff said they have to request CEnomar from NSO Manila main office. Birth certificates are release same day. I requested 3 documents .

Ordering NSO documents online would cost 2 or 3 times more than what it would cost if you go to NSO office.
