NVC should have both emails (beneficiary and petitioner) thats how they communcate with us.

Do you have case complete at NVC yet? Was looking at your timeline and its not done? Where are you in the process?

Ummmh I'm not sure about the exact dates, everything has been done by an attorney, what I know is that we already paid both bills the AOS and the IV bill on October 16 and the attorney sent to the NVC the documents on the 17, so now we are just waiting. How could we know if the case is complete at NVC?

Well have you received youre case complete email? That would have come. You can also call NVC to check. I am afraid you may be sitting, waiting on something that hasn't happen. You need to call dear and see if you have case complete or a checklist. Basically check up on if your lawyer did their job.

If you submitted all that October 16th you may now just be complete but call and see whats up. NVC is open until midnight.

At NVC the Beneficiary can call up NVC. They will ask for your case#, names of petitioner and benficiary and date of birth than ask what is your question.

You will tell them you sent in AOS and IV package and wondering if you have case complete.

Since you have a lawyer i guess all emails go through them incuding if you got checklisted (NVC's RFE).

Interviews for January should start up last week of this month first week of next month so you have a few weeks.

Did theyt close your I-129F so You are now on the IR1/CR1 path? You shoud change your profile it has K3.

Yes that is normal try later closer to closing or give it a few hours. Mondays are the worst after the weekend and all.

Well just to update, we finally called NVC and God, they said they never receive the any documentes yet! They have both payments but no files.

More than heart broken.... We talked to the attorney and she said she send the documents on October 21st, but since she send so many she didn't took the precaution of check for the confirmation, so she send them back yesterday, adding a note to the email saying that this was the second time she send the documents.

I asked her to copy us in the email, so I can be sure they get the documents. She did. Now, wait again. But this time I'll keep my eye all the time to see the progress. We will call on Friday again to confirm they received the files.

Gosh thats so sad. I bet she didn't print the barcoded coverpage. You need to now take over and stay ontop of NVC and call and call. Man your lawyer has lost you over a month. Lets hope they find the old or process the new fast. Really sorry but at least you know what to do and stay on top of it. Lawyers. SMH

Personally I would call NVC and have your email and husbands email listed and remove lawyer (unless you need them for further things) that way you get all checklisted things and case complete email and intrerview appointment. The lawyer dropped the ball. Badly!!
