12/11/2013 - GC received! 2 months and 1 day from the NOA1

Not sure if you qualify for an expedite for AOS, but hoping someone with experience will reply and let you know soon.

Aug 11, 2018 (Day 6): Recvd notification that Biometrics appointment scheduled       Oct 17, 2019 (Day 17) : Received Passport

Aug 13, 2018 (Day 8): Received biometrics appt letter online                                        Oct 21, 2019 (Day 21) : Received Naturalization Cert. back

Aug 28, 2018 (Day 23): Biometrics Appt

May 06, 2019 (Day 274): In Line For Interview

Jun 11, 2019 (Day 311): Interview Date

I know if he is military and stationed overseas for the military it is considered the same as if you were in the US. You will have to check with USCIS (I know, unreliable) to see about how you would receive or have your green card processed. You might be better off just delaying until you have the green card then you would be in the clear for sure.

Already requested for AOS expedite process but it wasn't approved. Say we do not quality which is very frustrating.

If you go with AP, you may need to come back for an interview/biometrics.

I believe the first person who denied your expedite made a mistake. Make another infopass and bring your husband's orders.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
