Me and my hubby applied for visitor/business visa along side with our 1year old baby and were denied jus after few questions , we realy want to Re-apply but don't know if we can do it so soon. Or wait after sometime.

Well you have to first wxamine why denied and correct that. The likelihood of getting a visitr visa to US is very remote

Whi are you visiting? Your both Nigerian correct?

What did you show for strong ties to Nigeria?

Waiting does nothing you have to convince US immigration you all 3 will return. What evdence did you show?

Unless there significant, positive changes (believable as well), in your circumstances, reapplying soon will just be viewed as desperation and another denial will be forthcoming.

And changing the proposed length of stay or the reasons for going to the US wont be viewed as a positive change in your situation.

You can apply as soon and as often as you like.

The consular officers want to see ties to Nigeria. Factors that would make them believe that you intend to return to Nigeria at the end of your vacation. if you re-apply, the result will be the same, unless the underlying reason for denial no longer applies.

Actually, offering to leave a relative behind (such as a child) is NOT considered a strong reason to return....untold thousands of tourist visa recipients abandon their children (often leaving them with grandparents) while the alleged 'tourists' find work (rarely is it legal), then shop for a questionable work visa. Many cultures send the husband alone, perhaps 1-2 years later, divorces his wife by mail, marries an American citizen, waits for 2 years to remove the conditional green card status, divorce the 'new' wife, then remarry their original spouse, and file I-130's for everyone (with an approximate 2 year wait)...I believe that even according to State Dept policy, the offer to leave a relative behind is instant grounds for a denial.......something to think about.

Have you and your husband traveled to other countries on vacation? If the answer is no, then I can tell you that is the main reason why you were denied the tourist visa. A lot of times, consular officers are often suspicious of young people who want to make the USA their first tourist destination. They want you to prove beyond doubt that you plan to return to your country after they issue you a B1/B2 visa. So unless you show them that you have a VERY lucrative job that you are not willing to abandon, then one of the ways you can prove that you plan to return is if your passport shows that you have visited other countries as a tourist and ultimately returned back to Nigeria. My advise is that rather than waste money apply again and again with the possibility of rejection (which is highly possible in your case), apply for another country's visa and take a vacation there so your passport gets stamped. Then reapply for US B1/B2 visa upon your return. You stand a better chance of proving you are not an intending immigrant this way. Goodluck

Like Boiler said, you can apply as soon and as often as you want. They most likely will ask the same set of questions (or along those lines), you just have to convince a different CO. I think it's diffficult to get tourist visas in Nigeria by default so that could work against your favor.
