can someone tell me why some couples get their visa faster than other even they are from same country and same visa center?

Do you have an example of what you mean?

Some people, like myself, are able to file abroad via a process called DCF (direct consular filing), which is generally a faster route. Not many countries offer that option anymore, though.

yes i know this about england, but i mean even 2 ppl are from same country i see that one got approved in 200 days and another in 400 days even they are from same service center

Different people within the processing center are processing the applications. Their work speeds may differ.

Some cases are more difficult and time-consuming than others.

Perhaps the 200 days people had a less complicated case or the 400 days had some extra background processing. Or perhaps they were processed by a more competent staff member who gets through their workload faster. Or or or... there isn't necessarily a reason, other than luck of the draw as cases come out of filing boxes.

It could be many reasons. When at USCIS there may be issues in the background so they have to look deeper.

RFE's (not everyone tells the story).

Just dumb luck.

Two reps getting a stack of petitions don't necessaerily work at the same speed. Also the petitions aren't adjudicated in order it was received. Many many issues.

Than from USCIS to NVC does the couple have their documents together so they can "fly" through?

Was their a checklis?

Than when you Case Complete and await the interview timing again is everythinbg. Did you complete after interview assignments for the next month than you may have to wait another 30 days for the next round.

Many factors many things can affect the timing of approvals.

Has nothign to do with how you prepare your file and how it looks.

They are not adjudicated in order received. Each service center does what they do. Background checks can slow down a petition. A worker could be faster or slower than others. Alot of factors.

There's no judging of petitons they are worked when they are worked.

Dwheels is correct, petitions are adjudicated in order, not according to how much evidence is sent. More is not always better. Make sure you send quality primary and secondary evidence, but don't overwhelm them with hundreds of pages of Skype or email. Just send a sampling of evidence that spans the entire time of the relationship along with some pictures and primary proof such as passport stamps and boarding passes. Also make sure to send what is required by USCIS, check the guides at the top of the page for a list of what they require and examples of evidence to send.

Its the luck of the draw dear. I give you a stack of petitions and I have a stack you may be faster or slower than me you may take vacation. Thise petitions stay there maybe. I may have issues with one petition and need deeper look. It might be a petition with 3 or 4 or 5 family members sttached. Who knows.

I may be on I-130's today and pulled and have to do some other petitions while you get to keep on processing I-130's so my stack gets put back in a box on shelf.

Also they maybe a LPR they have been getting adjudicated at CSC within 30 days and that is being looked into and petitions sent to congree and senate on that mess.
