They are so much nicer and answer calls way faster. I called them this morning just to know where my case was and the lady went on to say "there is no interview date yet, but feel free to continue calling us" :)

I feel everyone should deal with them instead of NVC hahah. We already have to deal to this waiting around and being anxious about interviews for NVC to be rude to us. Without is bugging on a constant basis, they wouldn't have a job.

Also I was wondering if my fiance can go have his medical even if we dony have an interview date yet

You need the Blue Appointment letter in Packet 4 to take with you to the Consultorio de Visa. So unfortunately, no.. You can't yet. Not until your Fiance/Fiancee has that paper.

NOTE: Actual sent date unknown due to lawyer negligence - I delivered ALLForms and PAID Lawyer on Nov 7, 2012 - Lawyer kept saying he sent the packet and USCIS must have lost it. When in reality he failed to send the package and only a new copy to USCIS after I made a legal written demand giving him 10 days to perform or return ALL monies paid to him, due to "non-performance".

(IMO it's better to save your money for visits to or from your Fiancé and just fill it out yourself using the K-1 Guide on VJ and Senior Members... They Rock!!!)

NOTE: Actual sent date unknown due to lawyer negligence - I delivered ALLForms and PAID Lawyer on Nov 7, 2012 - Lawyer kept saying he sent the packet and USCIS must have lost it. When in reality he failed to send the package and only a new copy to USCIS after I made a legal written demand giving him 10 days to perform or return ALL monies paid to him, due to "non-performance".

(IMO it's better to save your money for visits to or from your Fiancé and just fill it out yourself using the K-1 Guide on VJ and Senior Members... They Rock!!!)

I'm confused about all the fees. How much should we have for it all in total ?

In total counting from where??

Just from NOA2 forward this should be right... Filing Fee is 340 -

___ Medical Exam = $180 USD

___ Vaccines = $110 USD

___ Banco Popular Visa Application Fee = $176 USD ($160 + $16 service fee) – 2 separate payments, 2 separate receipts

___ Visa Fee paid day of interview at Consulate = $80 USD

___ DOMEX Courier Service to approved Visa = $ 9.50 – 12 USD (depending on delivery location) or ask to pick up from Consulate or Santiago.

**** Plus factor in cost for Buena Conducta, Un certificado de nacimiento original (in extensa y legalizado por la Junta Central Electoral)

I think like 20 USD for each... but not sure.

I'm wondering this though, I'll be taking our 1 year old daughter to the interview (so they see him with her and because she won't stay with anyone besides him amd me -.-) will I need to bring her information although she's a us citizen ?

Ok thank yu. I saw too many numbers together at once lol. Uff yo que toy en olle a buscar to eso lol, con ayuda de Dios.

I'm wondering this though, I'll be taking our 1 year old daughter to the interview (so they see him with her and because she won't stay with anyone besides him amd me -.-) will I need to bring her information although she's a us citizen ?

Yes after NOA2 it's about 600 USD left to pay, Plus 2x2 Fotos and copies and/or printing of Evidence if you pay by the page.

As for your Child, yes you can take them... but our interview took almost 8 hours... and they DID NOT seem to process families faster... as many were still there when we were leaving.. just something to consider and prepare for.

Also I was allowed to jump the line by about 7 women when entering because I DID NOT bring a purse or anything to be screened. My Fiancee carried all our documents and the men were processed faster because of no bags,etc.

NOTE: Actual sent date unknown due to lawyer negligence - I delivered ALLForms and PAID Lawyer on Nov 7, 2012 - Lawyer kept saying he sent the packet and USCIS must have lost it. When in reality he failed to send the package and only a new copy to USCIS after I made a legal written demand giving him 10 days to perform or return ALL monies paid to him, due to "non-performance".

(IMO it's better to save your money for visits to or from your Fiancé and just fill it out yourself using the K-1 Guide on VJ and Senior Members... They Rock!!!)

June 6, 2015 - Rec'd letter stating our case was being transferred to Los Angeles Field office.

They are so much nicer and answer calls way faster. I called them this morning just to know where my case was and the lady went on to say "there is no interview date yet, but feel free to continue calling us" :)

I feel everyone should deal with them instead of NVC hahah. We already have to deal to this waiting around and being anxious about interviews for NVC to be rude to us. Without is bugging on a constant basis, they wouldn't have a job.

Also I was wondering if my fiance can go have his medical even if we dony have an interview date yet
