That is fine. They don't really care about where it is going. The only thing they look at is the intent to get married part within the 90 days of arriving in the US.

thank you so much..by the way it is ok that i signed my my letter of intent and mg G-325a form by black ink?i read some topics that it should be blue ink. is it necessary or as long as it is original signature it will be fine? im just being paranoid that simple mistake will be the reason for the delay of our papers.. godbless ;)

as long as its distinguishable that you signed it with ink and it was not photocopied, you'll be fine.

The only reason blue ink is advised is to make it more apparent it's an original signature and not a photocopy.

It really doesn't matter who the letter is addressed to within the government. What is important is the Intent to Marry within 90 days statement.

You should be fine.

The address is not needed. Just a statement affirming your intentions to marry is all that is needed. Also blue or black ink is fine for the signature.
