It shouldn't be moved from Singapore(country specific) as I'm indeed trying to find out if anyone from the Phils that applies here in Singapore has the same experience as mine.

But you're asking in the Philippine forum... not many Singaporeseians hang out here for info. Most here are in the PI or the US.

She didn't want it moved she was asking others in the Singapore forum what they had experienced, but some individuals (can't say "who") just don't understand questions about POLICE CERTIFICATES from foreign countries... seem to think any question regarding them is "country specific" to the foreign country so they move the topic out of the country specific forum. Truly NOT very helpful in the visa process.... more like visa road block then journey.

I just spoke to my friend. We were both interviewed last 18 Nov and we both passed. I got my visa yesterday together with the packet but I called my friend that I got mine and he told me that he did not yet received any call from US Consul, he told me that it will not be release until he sends his NBI. I guess our NBI will be a binding documents for the packet that you will receive once you passed the interview. So it's either you will be interviewed on your scheduled date but you have to inform them your situation. a piece of advise, make sure to expedite your NBI otherwise it will cause you a delay once you're approved.

sorry for late reply,i send out my package 3 on 29 oct and received my package 4 on 20 nov,dont worry sure you will receive soon just
