Thanks,

my wife is in DR, and she doesn't have a computer and mailing papers to her is not easy. A friend said I could sign the G- 325a form, but that did not sound ok to me.

hi

1. do I need to write anywhere on g325a form that I was studying for last 5 years ( I graduated this july )

2. and also - my husband (petitioner) have been working in different states for 5 past years and sometimes he was living/sleeping in kind of "employees motels, camps" - there was a canteen, sharing rooms etc. :D so he wasn't really really living there, should this be posted too ?

and what I understand times when he wasn't working or me - we write - unemployed. there cannot be laps in time both in residence and employment sections, right?

December 2013 Spreadsheet

NOA1-12/5/2013

NOA2-8/11/2014

Scan date-11/12/2014

Case Complete - 12/30/2014

You already asked this somewhere else I noticed, because I answered the second part for you. It's best to start your own thread or search out answers using the advance search vs hijacking someone else's thread.

Thanks,

It would be better if it was not signed at a;l vs not signed by your wife... Don't sign for her.

The form is in English 2. Its too hard to send mail to the DR and 3. It cost almost $60 to send it back for one freakin piece of paper....I have waited too long and come too far to get an RFE for a signature....CAN SOMEONE PLEASE CLARIFY THIS. ..IM LOOSING MY HAIR OVER THIS.....

If you cannot get your wife to sign her G-325A because it's expensive etc, then do not have it signed at all. Do not sign for your wife. Do not sign your name on your wife's G-325A.

It's not a bad thing to think about the money, considering how expensive this whole process is. You'll have more expenses than some because of the beneficiary's home country. It might be good for you to note that you will be required to be at your wife's interview in the DR.
