Do you guys have working permit in Kuwait? You and your fiance working permit in Kuwait? Maybe print that?

Do you guys also have lease agreement in Kuwait? Rental agreement signed by both name. I think that could be used too.

Not quite sure about your situation. Hope others can provide more detailed information. This is all I can think of right now

yes we have residence visa..ok thats good idea..but the residence visa is in arabic right?

If it is not in English, it must be translated.

What did you submit initially? Some other suggestions include:

- Credit card receipts showing transactions made in Kuwait (should be dated before the date you sent your petition in but within two years of that date)

- Bills listing your address in Kuwait

- Paystubs from your employer

Flying to Seattle on 6 May 2014!

I meet my finacee here in Kuwait as well, I submitted pictures of us here in Kuwait, also copy of civil ID with the dates highlighted to show they were during the same time. We submitted copy of passport stamps with the date. I went with her to the embassy and requested at the window if I could come in with her, they let me. During her interview they asked her when was the last time she had seen me, she pointed he is sitting over there; I walked up, and stuck my head around the corner and said hello to the interviewer...she was suprised and said hello! That sealed the deal I think...except there seems to be a problem with one of the interviewers not beliving us that we were not married, and even questioned why we were not married.... I have been asked to show proof of US residence..for my K1 visa.... I hope this helps.. We are still waiting to hear if we have been approved, or not...its been over 10 days since we gave them her passport, BUT they have not requested us to come and pick up the visa...I hope this means its in process... I hope to hear anyday.

They want proof you met in the 2 years prior to filing, so you need to provide any proof that shows you work and live together in Kuwait. Photos are only secondary evidence, which is why those alone were not enough proof for them. The visas, passport stamps and lease agreement are a good ideas.
