how long will takes to apply for change of status

Any idea of what and how long will it takes to apply for the change of status, work permit, and greencard?

Hi There

My adjustment oif status took 8 months, my employment authorisation took 5 months, this was back in 2008/9.

I dont know if its any quicker now but I doubt it.
