He didn't change the law, because he can't. He only says he will not enforce a part of the law for one year. Some are saying what he did is unconstitutional. Well, not if no one challenges it. Besides he did not say (he cannot say) insurance companies MUST continue these policies...and he knows full well they WON'T

How many insurance companies are going to underwrite policies which are non-compliant with the law and cost them money just to cover Obama's butt? Several state insurance commissions have already said NO WAY.

Imagine the liability they are open for when they reinstate a policy which is not in compliance with the LAW and one of their policy holders is denied a claim that would have been covered by a compliant policy!!!!!!!!!!!!

EXAMPLE: A policy with a lifetime limit of $1,999,999 which is non-complaint but is continued. In January a person is diagnosed with cancer and quickly exceeds the lifetime limit, which would no thave exosted under a far more expensive Obamacare plan that the person had no access to because the website didn't work! I mean there are just so many worms in that can!

You are also going to have dim wits that voted for Obama and still think he is not a liar that do nothing. They THINK they have insurance because they believe their plans are NOT canceled because Der Leader said the insurance companies CAN cntinue the policies. On Janaury 1 a lot of people are going to show up at emergency rooms only to find they have no policy at all. Bankruptcy and death will follow...if we apply the same logic the Dems apply to Republicans that wanted to extend the option.

And HERE we have another facet of the cluster schtup that just got more clustery and schtup-y. "universal" healthcare that is a patchwork of state commissions, individual insurance company decisions and...it's only for ONE YEAR. After the election, it is back to millions of cancellations and even higher premiums!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know about you, but I want to run out and BUY an overpriced healthcare plan that is only valid for one year. Great!!!!!!!!!! OR I can try to sign up for an even more overpriced plan that is "good" for many years but who knows when that will happen. NOT by December 1.

I can't blame Obama for this because if I do it is racist...according to Oprah. So, like many other Americans we can just blame the white Democrats we can still vote for. Many of which now are seeing that they need to jump this ship. If this were the state fair, this mess could be sold as deep fried nonsense on a stick. But it IS government ans it IS what you wanted right? Goverment control of healthcare. Brilliant

So, what will happen now?

The Dems are caving and will cave further. Obamacare will fail. It will fail because it is a flustercuck and the flustercuck in charge refuses to allow any legislators near his "baby". Obama can pretend it won't fail and drag the electables down the worm hole with him. The electables are not going to allow that.

This "fix" is not a fix. It will, at best, allow Obama to "blame it" on someone other than himself but no one is going to buy that. It takes the heat off the incompetence of the people creating the website. I seriously doubt Mr. Park has any future in the private sector after Obama. Would you put it on your CV?

So, Obama has done...sort of...what the Republicans wanted to do more than a month ago. Only he did it in an ineffective way and threathens to veto any effective attempt to legilslate what he just "dictated"

I will suggest again that the Republicans stay HANDS OFF. Let it go. Leave it alone. Obama bought a one day pause in the screaming, but that is all. The screaming has already started again and will get louder as Primary season approaches.

Perhaps you did not notice Republicans being accused of wanting to deny health insurance "to millions of people" for wanting to delay the mandates...as Obama just did? Maybe you missed the part where the Oprah has said that Obama is a victim of racism for all the criticism he is receiving about Obamacare. Maybe you missed the comments condemning people like me for years for being against Obamacare even though I support universal healthcare.

Obamcare is NOT universal healthcare. I am not opposed to everyone having access to healthcare...affordable healthcare. It is outrageous that people are paying what is equivilent to a second house payment for healthcare every month. It is embarrassing that in this country we have not developed a better way to allow everyone access...but Obamacare is NOT it. But for how long did we hear, if we did not support Obamacare..."you want millions of people to DIE"

No. Unless you accept being force fed BS and accept the "plan" exactly as presented, then you are racist and want small children to die on the steps of the hospital. Obama even closed statues to avoid any "fix" and then did it himself.
