Just a quick question to everybody I already download the DS 230 and have my parents signed it...but I see that NVC replaces DS 230 to DS260 which is an online form....Is there anybody here from the Philippines that already filled up the ds 260 electronically?

As of September 1st, 2013, the DS-230 is no longer accepted and everyone's required to fill in the online DS-260.
