Hi everybody,

I'm now working under J-1 Status and my contract with host company will be ended by the end of Jan 2014.

After 2 months together, me and my soon-to-be wife (who is USC) decided to get married and do the AOS process.

There will be any red flags when our relationship (which is real) is very short and fast? We ve neen talking about I should stay for AOS or I just go back and then go through K1 visa,. But she really wants me to stay with her and do the AOS.

we love each other and really want to spend our life together asap. but honestly, i dont want to take the risk by applyying for AOS after short and fast marriage like ours. because if something bad happens, we might not be able to be together, and its like the end of the earth for both of us.

What should we do now?

thank you all
