My father was born in Texas. My mother was born in Michigan. I wouldn't call myself a Texican or a Michigander, as I can count the hours I spent in either state on one hand.

Actually a booklet that was printed with barrys bio said he was born in kenya. ... Of course 20 years later or so the editor of the booklet said it was THEIR mistake.....However any person gets a copy of his bio prior to print.....Ask any authors This is the start of "I did not know" syndrome that he has to this date.He gave a talk at a memorial service for a senator and said the word I over 70 times.... This makes it clear EVERYTHING is about him ..... Even while talking about another's life. He had a "persona " he needed to project at the time, Perhaps to even get student aid.
