Hi Friends

I just want to make sure before filing my ROC that I have enough proofs before filing so please let me know if you Think that I need to add anything else.

Proofs that I have

1. Apartment lease together

2. Joint Phone bills (only Immigrant's name on it)

3. Home phone bill for just 3 months (Both names on it)

4. Electricity Bill

5. Cable Tv bill

6. Cooking Gas bill

7. Costco Cards

8. Credit cards (USC is the authorized User)

9. joint Bank Account

10. Check (both of our names on it)

11. AAA membership cards

12. Car title

13. Car Insurance

14. Life Insurance (USC is the beneficiary)

15. Joint tax Returns

16. Photos

17. Affidavits (will do in April)

18. State ID's with same address

19. Renter's insurance

20. Library Cards.

Any other proofs that we need to collect.

1. see that you attach the first and the last bills that show both names covering the full 2 years period.

2. Get IRS tax transcripts else attach the full tax returns including the W-2s.

3. Send one full bank statement per quarter covering the full period.

USA

01/08/13 - Approved and GC is order for production on 1/8/14

09/12/13 - Case transferred to CSC. NOA2 received on 09/18/13

08/30/13 - Biometrics Done - No walk ins allowed at this LSC (received on 8/16/13).

08/05/13 - NOA1 (received on 08/10/13)

08/01/13 - Mailed I-751 (received on 8/2/13 - check cashed on 8/5/13)

12/28/11 - Received SSN (applied on 12/20/11, as we didn't get based on DS-230 options)
11/28/11 - Received Green Card (Expires on 10/30/13) - Welcome Letter on 11/17/11
10/30/11 - POE - Houston, TX

Chennai Consulate (40 days)
10/28/11 - Received Visa papers and Passport at VFS
10/25/11 - Interview Cleared Successfully (Spouse was not allowed in)

NVC: (90 days from NOA2 to Consulate)
08/31/11 - Case Completed (Interview 10/25/11) - Received at Chennai on 09/19/11
07/22/11 - NVC Case Number

USCIS: (92 days)

6/21/11 - NOA2 (NOA1 on 3/25/11) - took a month to get to NVC
3/21/11 - I-130 sent to USCIS Lockbox, Chicago.

1. so you are talking about the bills for electicity,cooking , phone bills right?

2.Will get IRS Tax Transcripts that should work by itself bcz. everything will be there.

3. Will Send each quarter's bank statement.

Now my question is that is there any other documents that i need to collect for my ROC? Bcz. we already got a stoke interview when we went for adj. of status ..it was only one interview and that was stoke interview for us. and then they approved my GC after 15 months so now we didn't wanna take any chance.
