So my fiancée and I have been preparing the I-129F Package, and have more or less gathered everything, I (the foreign, non-US Citizen part of this) have prepared a signed copy of my G-325A (might make a second one just in case something should happen) and passphotos for her to have, is there anything else I should send along while I am at it? or Is the G-325A and the passphotos the only thing needed from here.

You need the Letter of Intent to Marry, signed by you, as well.

Yes, make at least one complete set of ORIGINALS. You can never have too many sets. God Bless

Ah yeah I have that one ready as well, the G-325A, the letter of intent and the passphotos - So that is it, right? I've read through the step by step guide a hundred times now but I just can't be too sure, so I have to ask, heh. I'm going to be sending it express tomorrow morning if all goes well.

If you have any evidence of your relationship (from meeting until now) that she doesn't have, make sure to send that.

For example:

Photos of you two together (and/or with each other's family)

Copies of old boarding passes of your flight(s) to the U.S.

Copies of the stamps in your passport

Affidavit's of 1 - 3 of your family members, declaring they've met your fiancée

(this is what we sent with our I-129F at the time since we didn't have pictures of us together with our families)

The evidence sent with the I-129F can be limited to 3 - 5 of each document type.

These will show that you've met each other in person in the past 2 years.

Good luck with the process!

Right.. Well I kinda just scanned those a while back and sent them as files for her to print, so we don't get a heavier letter/pricier letter from here. (Trying to save what money can be saved)

All our photos are digital and she has them, I scanned copies of both boarding passes and stamps for her to have as well.

The affidavit does actually sound like a good idea, but will it be taken into consideration at all? Although I do think I have pictures of my family with her, none of her family though.. Maybe except her sister, gotta look into that. We had already prepared 5 pictures to send, all ranging from when we met to now, but I see why it might be a good idea to have a family member included.

Thanks!

Affidavits from family members and friends are considered secondary evidence, I believe, and for the I-129F packet, you really want to focus on primary evidence. If you have that, plus a few photos of the two of you together, you should be fine.

Hey guys,

I hope this idea will help you either. Before my fiance send the package to USCIS, he writted the timeline to tell about what going on between us like from the first day we knew each other until now. Just tell the truth; tell them how much we love each other and how much we want to be each other . This is just my advice.idea9dv.gif

And we did that! Hope your papers will go well. Good luck to you. goofy.gif

It is secondary evidence. However, we didn't have pictures of us together with either of our families, so that's why we did send 3 affidavits.

Better safe than sorry. =)
