You have to start over from square one again. It may or may not lead to complications with a new petition.

K-1 or CR-1 is a gamble either way.

November 14th, 2013: She's here!

December 12th, 2013: Picked up marriage license.

I was gone 24 july 2013 and I came back 18 oct .plz advise us .

Thankyou

Should you two reconcile and wish to get married,

then ask yer fiancee to come to Pakistan and marry with you,

then once yer married,

as yer fiancee to file the I-130 set to the lockbox address.

You two will be chasing a CR-1 visa, later.

No Reconcile? Do nothing.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

I thought that the embassy had reissued K1s again to the same petitioner but they had to provide more current stuff like I134, etc

I have read it happening at least once on here but I can't be bothered to search right now.

OP, do a minute search.

That can only happen if it is re-issued and they marry within the original 90 days of their first US entry >

9 FAM 41.81 N6.3 Reissuance of K-1 Visa

(CT:VISA-1547; 09-27-2010)

If a K-1 visa, valid for a single entry and a 6-month period, has already been used for admission into the United States and the alien fiancé(e) has returned abroad prior to the marriage, the consular officer may issue a new K visa, provided that the period of validity does not exceed the 90th day after the date of initial admission of the alien on the original K visa, provided the alien fiancé(e) pays a new application processing fee, and provided also that the petitioner and beneficiary still intend and are free to marry. The alien’s return to the United States and marriage to the petitioner must take place within 90 days from the date of the original admission into the United States in K status.

Thanks.

This is why I love this place, I'm always learning.

Research, always research. It will only help your situation to ask questions before making your decision. I wish you will have success.

you want to reply a K-1 ? Well, if you not get married, you could certainly reply a K-1, starting with another I-129F petition.

Sounds to me like you will have to start all over again.
