Odd many here keep telling us that because young black males commit such a disproportionate amount of violent crime, we should not judge all young black males.

However when one minimum wage employee sends some text alleging that Black people hang up a lot. It proves all of America is rabidly Racist.

You're arguing a different point. The employee didn't allegedly send a text, he did send a text. We have seen the text.

Whether he meant it in a racist way or not is a completely different debate. What's not debatable is the guy is a clown to be sending something like that from work. Stupidity is one of those things that's hard to explain away when looking for the next job.

Folks need to be held to a higher standard. This was totally unacceptable and I hope the appropriate steps are taken to correct this.

I would suspect he is, but I'm not even sure what race the person who sent the text is. Or maybe he is equally a jerk to everyone of all races including his own. From an HR stanpoint, I would terminate this employee for his rude and unprofessional conduct. I would need more information to know if I would include racism as part of that misconduct.

As a person who deals with customers day in and out for the last 20 years, racism is definitely in the forefront. If he left the race out of it and asked about her being rude, it wouldn't have made the news.

A woman was trying to book a limo for her mother's birthday through a booking agent she found on Craigslist, Detroit Limo Party Bus.

Candis Doss, 25, tells Fox 2 she called the company to get a quote while she was driving, and she says her phone dropped the call. Then, she says, she received a text message from the number she called that read:

"Why do black people always just hang up...Is it an inherited thing to be rude? or is it because you were slaves for so long?" - signed WWW.DetroitLimoPartyBus.com at the end of the text message.

Hey Lost, you see this? She hung up on them, so now every single black person does it.

Ug Ug. That livery company claims they've gone out of business and had their limos purchased .

If I were in their exact shoes, I'd do the same, cause there be a big lawsuit headed their way. No assets? Can't pay the judgement.
