We were approved yesterday at the London Embassy :)

It was a tough interview because I have had multiple prior visa denials and also was denied entry in 2011. They asked more questions about this history than they did about my fiancé, but I guess that is understandable. It seemed from the questioning that she was just being thorough and trying to establish whether or not I was willing to be honest (as well as ensuring in all that history that I had not committed any immigration offence).

We filed our I129F in Sept 2012, had a loong wait in CSC and then via the UK courts in order to get permission to remove my children from the jurisdiction..BUT we got there in the end!

Just goes to show that honesty and integrity and a total faith in each other will get you through.

Good luck to everyone still in the process <3
