lewd chatlogs in evidence

So, this is embarrassing. We are preparing for the interview (which has still yet to be scheduled) and were going over the evidence we sent in. We were looking over the chatlogs and found that a few somewhat inappropriate conversations were sent in somehow :s

I'm not sure how I let this slip past me, but there they are, right in the file that I know i printed out and put in as evidence in the original package that was sent out.

How likely is this to cause a problem? My fiancee is very worried and was telling me people have been denied for that before. How worried should I be?

First of all, what did you filed for... K1, I'm assuming because you mentioned fiancee

It depends on what you mean about inappropriate conversation because it can make a different.

1) You talk about overthrowing the government and assassination (YES BIG PROBLEM)

2) You talk about bring your fiancee to US for money exchange for a green card (YES BIG PROBLEM)

3) Sex talk (for most part is not a problem but yes mostly it would be embarrassing)

I heard that some people got denied when they referred to their boyfriend or girlfriend as husband and wife when they were not even married yet.

Honestly I'm not sure how much they really read into the chatlog. Are they actually going to read all 100 pages (it gotta be boring to do that ) or are they going to read a line here and there?

In other words, be more careful from now and on and when it come to the interview, be prepared to answer their question only if that subject ever come up and be honest about it otherwise if it doesn't come up, don't mention it.

At least at USEL, they do not care to see them, cautioned strongly on not sending them but they claim not to use it against you.

That being said the actual content will be important. Example, if you discussed how she would fit in as part of your harem = not so good.
