Medical expiring, US Embassy of BD is asking my wife to re do the Medical

Hello,

My wife's case is in Administrative processing for 5 months. I have been following up every other week during this 5 months and got a common reply every time which is "Administrative Processing is pending, will contact applicant once it's complete"

Now as her first Medical is expiring within days since she took it 6 months ago, the Embassy is asking her to re do the Medical in response of one my bi weekly inquiry.

Now thats its over 5 months and I got a different reply this time, can we expect anything positive from this?

She will retake her medical very soon but I am just asking if we can hope that the day her Visa will be issued is not very far once she retake the medical???

Probably I sound very desparate saying that but which is actually I am. So please advise if anyone had similar experience. We will highly appreciate any share of thoughts & experience.
