Hy my name is Gabriela,my I129 F was approved, but after we get married we need to fill I-485 I had a problem with drugs 8 years ago. In my interview in argentinian embassy, they said it was not an important issue, to stop my solicitude. but now I need to present all my background documentation, I would like to know if I need to translate it, by an official translater, or we can translated, the same with the birth certificate.Thanks.

Anything you send with the AOS paperwork that needs translating can be done by anyone fluent in both languages. Just be sure to include this certification by the translator on all the translated documents > http://www.visajourney.com/content/translations

~ Moved from K-1 Process to AOS from Family Based Visas - topic is about AOS, not K-1 ~
