I think you have covered some of the major required evidences but here are some thoughts I have that may help you think about others:

1) Make sure your evidences cover the entire period of your marriage. So basically since the the date on your marriage certificate.

2) Since you are the only one employed, did you submit an emergency contact form for your workplace and listed your wife? That may help.

3) You noted that you are newly employed, were you employed before? Was your wife employed at time of marriage? Did any of you get listed in any of the benefits or emergency contacts prior? Consider digging some of those out if you have them.

4) Driver's license may help if they both show the same addresses.

5) Any other important documents that got sent to the same address that you both reside or that shows either of you as the sole contact for each other's emergency-related issues (not necessarily medical).

Hope this helps, good luck!

ROC Journey:

4/24/13 - Submitted I-751 application

4/26/13 - I-751 officially filed

6/11/13 - Biometrics done

8/14/13 - Rec'd RFE

9/21/13 - Submitted RFE response

9/23/13 - RFE response rec'd at VSC

(about 2 months later)

11/21/13 - Service request via Tier 1 submitted

12/11/13 - Response to service request rec'd - vague info about processing times

12/12/13 - Service request via Tier 2 submitted

12/10/13 - APPROVED!!! (letter rec'd 12/14/13)

12/16/13 - 2nd Service request response rec'd

12/17/13 - Card production email/text rec'd (online case updated)!

12/24/13 - Notification rec'd via email regarding card mailed on 12/23/13 (online case updated as well)

12/26/13 - 10-yr card rec'd!

One thing I have learned on this journey:

There is no such thing as an "overkill" evidence package. Submit anything and everything you can. Who knows what will prevent you from getting an RFE.

Hello..thanks for the answers...yap, i submitted Copy of our Drivers license together that shows our home address. My wife lost her job 3 months after our wedding and shes receiving unemployment. She did look for work but at the same time she needs clearance from her doctor because her doctor said she might undergo surgery..we both decided for her to be monitored instead. Regarding my work, i work in a hospital, and i listed her as my emergency contact(wife).. I now work, where my wife used to work..i submiited also copies of Our paystub that show our address..

Im sorry if i post in multiple thread with the same question, i just dont know how to get quick response plus im a newbie..it wont happen anymore..

By the way, another question: my wife didnt change her last name to married name, do u think this will be a problem? It too costly to change her last name especially now that im the only one employed. She has to apply for new naturalization certificate, to new Drivers license, to apply for her new professional Id card..etc..all these are too costly plus of course a new passport...pls answer..thanks..sorry if i duplicate my other post, it happened by mistake when i hit backwards, and i thot it i havent posted my reply...

Changing your wife's last name doesn't matter and not necessary.

Also to answer a question you posted on another thread, black and white copies of colored documents are fine. As long as they're legible is all it matters. USCIS only expects copies anyways, unless they specifically requests for something in the original.

Otherwise, I think you are pretty solid. You've got the most important ones, there are several others who don't even have as many as yours and still got approved.

Finally, don't let this stress you out :) The marriage is legit, nothing to worry about. The problem is the wait kills but if you're one of the lucky ones you may hear back quicker than others.

Good luck!
