Boyfriend wants to come visit me. He won't mention we're together, he has his aunt and uncle living in USA also. They will send the invitation letter so he can stay with them. He has a job but the pay is very little, his company worth that it is ok to leave for 2-3 months and still have a job. He has his mom and dad there. What are the chances of him coming to visit. He will say it is for holidays and that he misses his family a lot.

He doesn't need to volunteer unasked-for information, but if asked would need to be truthful. If asked whether he has a girlfriend in the US he would need to say "yes", for example.

If he obtained a visa through material misrepresentation (i.e. concealing a fact that would have altered the consular officer's decision from yes to no) then he could be banned from the US for life. I'm sure that's not something you would want.

You must be honest with immigration officials at all times, be they USCIS or State Department; to do otherwise is inviting unnecessary problems for yourself that could turn out to be quite significant in the future.

Having a job that pays $5 a day or so is not a strong economic tie....nor are one's parents, since young people leave their parents everyday and run off to get married....and visiting one's aunt and uncle makes little sense, since this 'holiday trip' will cost far more than he likely makes in 6 months....so his true motivation for his visa request will become obvious to an experienced VO...
