Hi ! Am I to understand that there are only 4 places for my wife to get the exam? We live in Chengdu, seems there should be an authorized place here!!!! Yes/no ?????

many folk decide for an extended trip to Guangzhou,

having the medical exam 1 or 2 days before the interview.

The Medical Facility in Guangzhou is 100 meters (yes, meters) from the Consulate.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Thanks Darnell. 4 authorized places in China! Ridiculous. Our interview is on a Tuesday and she already bought tickets for Monday (anxious). Can't take the chance that they'll get it done in GZ on short notice (less than a day) so another trip to Beijing for her! Pain in the butt but she gets one extra visiting time with her family before we get the hell out of this country!
