Same thing with me really. Received NOA2 hard copy through the post late October/early November, a few days later I checked the USCIS website they sent it to the NVC on Thursday 7th of November.. My fiance rang the NVC yesterday it had not been received, but they did have a holiday on Monday and the weekend also. I should imagine you need to leave it a week or so after they send it before enquiring. NVC are a tad slower in recent times. They told my fiance it can take up to 8 weeks to get a case number, but I'm sure as with any business they give an outside range for completion, just to cover any complaints they may receive.

Removal of Conditions..  TICK TOCK, TICK TOCK

 

Time to reset the tick tock clock again.   Roll my eyes.

 

GC  Conditional date:  05/26/2015

N400.  Application:      02/28/2018       

Biometrics:                    02/22/2018

 

Waiting............    Roll my eyes again :(

 

USA citizen as of 25th of July 2018. :)

8 days ago i got the noa2 and notice the file was sent to nvc so when i was wondering when im going to get my number case.

They say it takes 8 weeks.

I recomend you start calling on the second week. I got mine exactly 5 weeks after noa2.

Read the K1 Flowchart. Try to communicate with people with similar timelines.

K1 Visa Process -> 12/09-06/10 Married -> 09/10/10 AOS Process -> 09/10-12/10 Removal of Conditions-> 09/12-07/13

U.S. Naturalization -> 7/8/20

You can call dos at 1-202-485-7600 give them your uscis receipt number and they will check if you have been assigned a case number. When you call press 1 then 0 and you will get a live person.

 

8/22/15 Received notice of interview "call in letter" for September 1st 8am

9/01/15 AOS Interview Houston-APPROVED!

9/01/15 Card in production, Welcome notice has been mailed

9/05/15 Welcome Notice Received

9/08/15 Greencard was mailed

9/10/15 GREENCARD RECEIVED!!!!!!!!

6/2/17 mailed I-751 to csc priority mail

7/1/17 I-751 returned rejected (multiple items)

7/3/17 I-751 mailed again with signature confirmation

7/6/17 second I-751 delivered and signed for by Daniel Manchaca

7/10/17  Check Cashed

7/10/17  NOA

7/22/17  Biometrics letter for 8/2/17

8/02/17 Biometrics appointment DONE

3/05/18 case moved to local office

8/25/18 Extension letter (18 months)

9/29/18 service request submitted

10/06/18 response to service request

10/11/18  approved. No RFE, no interview

10/16/18  approval letter received in the mail

10/19/18 greencard received
