Not at all. The Bush White House chose to comment on Kerry's trip and call the fact finding mission of a senior member of Congress "inappropriate". That's the only inappropriate item here, the label the White House chose to put on that trip. If Bush don't want to be brought into this in then maybe he's just gotta stay the ** out of it.
