ask your petitioner to call into NVC, get a supervisor,

and go over this stuff.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

What? You should ask your fiance to call NVC immediately. I have no idea whether NVC's letter has meaning at all for the whole process. But, just give a try and call them. Let me know what their decision. Wish you luck!

...was the information correct on the I-129f? If so, you need to get it corrected with the NVC's information.

If not, then all the best to you and your lawyer!

Hank, you're always correct.smile.png

We were so worried yesterday. My fiance called NVC and said that as long as our NOA2 and our I129F is correct there's no problem.

Thanks a lot:)

Unless you fiance starts winking at the lawyer.............
