Not married yet (just as well, or that would be the whole K1 thing out the window!) but when we do, I think it'll be dress (of the non-weddingy-variety... something nice and summery, I imagine) for me, and shirt & trousers for him. Although he can wear what he likes, so long as he's there, I'm (very, very) happy!:thumbs:

Aaaand... that's honestly about as much thought as I've given to the details of our wedding so far. I must not be a Proper Girl or something - surely I should have at least some long-standing dreams of What My Wedding Must Be Like to be planning towards here?! (No, I don't!)

2005 - We met

2006 - Filed I-129F

2007 - K-1 issued, moved to US, completed AOS (a busy year, immigration-wise)

2009 - Conditions lifted

2010 - Will be naturalising. Buh-bye, USCIS! smile.png

I wanted to wear a dress I got from Amazon but it was cold in winter ...

so I wore a black skirt, jacket, shirt, and pink cowboy boots.

He wore jeans, a nice shirt and a jacket.

One of us had to wear cowboy boots as since his were in Texas I had to go kitchy with mine. ;)

I wore a white dress but not a wedding dress. G. wore a black suit and a red shirt. My mother is a florist, she insisted on making me a corsage and hair ornament, and a boutonniere for G.
