ds-260 separate packages for each beneficiary?

hi, i have a few questions:

do we send in separate ds-260 packages, that is one package for me and another one for my son? and also, do we fill in the form, print it out and send it via snail mail?

and do i need to get a police certificate for him? he's only 2 years old.

and also, for proving the marriage, we can have a bunch of photos, plane tickets, such stuff.

but do we have to prove the son's relationship to his father seeing as he was born before we got married? you know, do you think they would ask for a DNA test?

and how long does it take NVC to review the case once they receive all the packages? that is, assuming no checklists.

DS-260 is an online form so it is automatically submitted if you complete it. It requires you to fill up yours and your son's.

Police certificates are for 16 years old and above if I'm not mistaken.

After they enter your docs in their system, DS-260 been completed, it takes 2-4 weeks to be reviewed. You can call them by then to inquire about your case.

just one question though, then, what is the package that we are supposed to send regarding the ds260? do we get something to print after we fill in the form? or do we send the civil documents like marriage certificates and birth certificates as long as we the IV fee shows paid?

And also the photocopies we send have got to be certified. right?

No need to send the hardcopy to NVC.

You have to snailmail the required civil documents to NVC if your country is not listed to those who can submit these docs electronically..

by the way no need to send proof of marriages or pictures this time.

Birth certificate will suffice.

You should bring pictures and other proofs during interview..

but as per my case., 16 BD only..
