My wife had called uscis checking about our case that we applied may15

They told her that still no news and they still check cases from octobre 2012

Does anybody had any info abt it ?

is your petition at the NBC if so they are laying about this and the customer service center has no way to know what petitions is the NBC working on...they are big liers...the only thing you can keep positive and dont listen to them and try to keep contacting the congressman and the senator and the ombudsman to check about your case good luck

It is in the Missouri service center (NBC). Right now they are transferring petitions from March and April to be processed in local offices. Expect your petition to be transfers in December or January. Once transferred, it takes about a month to be processed. Good luck!
