My fiancée's interview was yesterday and everything was approved. I only just started recently posting here but have read this forum throughout the 6-7 months since we filed the petition. You guys were much more of a help than the lawyer I wasted money on....

For anyone wondering the interview seemed like a rubber stamp. They didn't ask for any evidence of our relationship even though she brought quite a bit. They also did not ask for the DS 260 form. Basically seems like all that is usually asked for is a passport and DS 160. Wish everyone all the best with their cases!

DS 260 form is not for K1 that's why they didn't ask for it.

Congratulations! God Bless!

I'll give you LOVE to last for a lifetime.- Bob wub.png
