I'm also still waiting for any news on EAD/AP. NOA1 was November 22, and we did biometrics on December 17. I-485 progressed to "testing and interview" online but we haven't received any interview appointment yet, and no movement on EAD/AP. Hoping for at least that, sometime this week or next, it's not as bad as the wait for the K-1 approval but it is starting to drag on!

I am also a November filer. I got my receipts for my i765 and i485 on November 25, 2013. I did my biometrics on December 30,2013 and on January 2nd the status for my i485 updated to testing on interview. No word on my i765 yet.. Hope it comes soon.

No information on I485 yet, but I765 and I131 are approved on January 22. Now we've just gotta wait for it to arrive in the mail..

On January 22, 2014, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

However, my AP said:

Post Decision Activity

On January 22, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I131 APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

EAD Approved. A bit academic as I'm here on a TN, but hey good to know it wasn't a sticking point for USCIS. Interestingly only received the EAD approval so far and not the AP. *Shrug*.

Oh, good: "On January 23, 2014, we mailed you an appointment notice for an interview for February 27, 2014." For GC, obviously -- kind of strange that EAD/AP haven't moved at all, no approval on those yet, but at least we have an interview date!

Annnnd AP approved as well. 12 Days til the Interview, so here's hoping I dont actually have to use either!

Congrats on everyone's recent movement. My wife received her EAD today and we are awaiting notice of our interview date.

As a fellow November filer it's good to see the reasonably decent progress being made by everyone!

I filed 17th November and had my Biometrics appointment on 18th December.

I got my EAD approval on 14th January and USPS picked it up on the 17th...I am expecting this to arrive anytime now. As per another poster above, my AP is still on "Post-Decision Activity" - it says it has been approved but it hasn't moved onto the "card document production" and that I should follow the instructions on the approval. I assume therefore that a form or letter or approval will come with the EAD giving me further instructions on this?

My only slight concern is that my I-485 application is still on "Acceptance" and not even "Initial Review" - hopefully this is just somebody not updating the website as the EAD/AP went from Initial Review to Post-Decision Activity overnight.

Anyone else have this issue?

You will most likely receive a combo card (EAD and it says on the card that it also serves as AP)! Did you try to track it? Mine was picked up on the 21st and it was in the mail today.

I have just tracked it and it says expected delivery date 21st Jan. Maybe since we have had some bad weather in NYC this week it's been held up!

Comforting to know about the website though...thanks!

Sorry guys! Im a lil lost! How can u track the letter with the ead? My case was approved on the 17th and i didnt receive anything yet!
