I wouldn't worry.. My case status isn't working either, my NOA date is November 18th. I'm sure as long as we're receiving notifications in the mail all is well!

Hey everybody!

Here a November AOS, I-765 and I-131 filler! I've sent my package on december 6th, got our NOA I-797C letter on November 21st dated on November 18th.

Before I received the actual fysical mail, and since we've applied for the e-notification, we got an email around November 19th were they already confirmed reception of our package. On that email, they specifically say that I should wait to receive the letter on my mail before cheking the case on the USCIS website...

Well, I received the letter on the 21st and as today I still can't see no update in the case...It says the following:

""Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283.""

So Im like: HERE WE GO WITH THE BULL***** (lol). You all know what I mean...is always delays...

I was just wondering if anybody experienced delays to their case status thing... or I should be worrying... I called USCIS and they told me it is nothing wrong with it and that it can take up to 45 days...so Im like...why would you send an email saying to wait until I receive the letter on the mail if now you are telling me that it can take up to 45 days!!!

ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhranting33va.gif I'M JUST SO READY FOR THIS TO BE OVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Hello fellow November AOS filers. We actually mailed our AOS, EA and AP documents 10/29 and had NOA1 on 11/4. Biometrics done on 11/26. Case status not working but hoping for EAD and AP will be done by first week in January. Good luck all!

We got an RFE on the Advance Parole because I used an 'old' form. :( I should have checked for updated forms but didn't. I had these from last spring before they updated. I think we'll be getting a RFE for her AOS paperwork too, since I used the wrong 'affidavit of support' form (outdated)... Oh well....

Hi everybody! Thanks a lot for your updates!! As usual, it fells very good to know that we are not alone in this confusing and loooong path!! ;-)

We got our appointment for our biometrics day 19 of december as some of you guys. I received the notification a couple weeks ago. I guess it depends where your service center is and how bussy they are, you get your appointment faster... Anyway, what matters right now is that all of us get done with this whole process as soon as possible and without no extra drama!!!

I had a question to whoever had their biometrics already. What documentation do we need to take??

Our appointment letter says that i must bring: 1- The appointment notice, and 2- Photo identification (i guess I'll take my passport)

What other stufff do they need? I've heard that they ask for your marriage certificate. I'll have it with me just in case.

Anything else?

Thanks guys!

Our biometrics appointment was Friday the 13th at 8AM. (Not an unlucky day in China) We arrived at 7:45, waited in the car for 10 minutes, then got out and waited by the door for them to open. We were first in, the guard gave us a clipboard with a 1 page form to fill out. Simple questions, name, address, notice numbers. (MSCxxxxxxxxx) You should have 2 numbers, depending on what you filed with your AOS. We were #1 & 2, (her son is here as well), and were out by 8:30AM. They took fingerprints and photos, that's all. Nothing was needed other than photo ID (passport) and the notice they sent us.

I hope the rest of the process goes as smoothly.

Adjusting from a TN through my USC wife after getting married in October.

Filed Nov 20th concurrent with I-130, 131, 485, and 765.

Got the document for the biometrics appointment on Dec. 5 for a Dec 19th appointment. I walked in Dec 6th and got them done in 20 minutes. Boomshackalacka.

Now the waiting game begins...though I'm pretty sure things are going to be sluggish over Christmas!

The biggest pain was the Birth Certificate (from the QC). Translated the "short one", but in the meantime got the "long one" from the Communist Regime de La Langue Francaise or whatever so that if I get sent an RFE for the long form I can send that one in too...which was also sent to me in French. Vive la langue francaise indeed...
