Timeline

November 21, 2013 filed with Orlando office. Interview Waiver Letter in Feb/March 2014. Sent to the central processing facility others mention. (NOTE: But you still reference THE LOCAL OFFICE where yours was sent.)

If you get confused going to the case status page because the processing timelines along the bottom do not make sense...you are not alone. I did this too. Click on processing times to the left of the spot you put your case number info in. It is blue text "Check Processing Times" (see screenshot below). There you will see the date the USCIS last updated the processing times (it is monthly). You will also see the date they are then processing. If you want an estimate of your date take both dates, then count weekends and weekdays on (1) the date they are processing, and 2) today's date.

Example:

Orlando Office (see below image)

Aargh!!! Just deleted me text as I posted an edit! OK I will do it again to help everyone.

Notice on the third screenshot there are three dates. This is how you estimate your date.

At any rate, ....

Card/ Document Production

On August 18, 2014, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

This step applies to applications that result in an applicant receiving a card (such as a "green card") or other document (such as a naturalization certificate, employment authorization document, travel document, or advance parole). Applications will be in this step from the time the order to produce the card/document is given until the card/document is produced and mailed to the applicant. You can expect to receive your card/document within 30 days of the approval of your application.

Goo luck all!
