We also received the "potential interview waiver" letter on February 28th. Just curious how many of "us" are still out there waiting for a green card? My husband (the beneficiary) may be moving for a job next month, with me (USC) joining in August. I'm wondering how many of the "potential waivers" actually had an interview? We are worried if we call for a change of address right away that it will delay the green card, or might flag us for an interview. Should we just keep mum about it until I move out there with him? It's so frustrating that it's taking so long!

If your husband came with a K1 and got the interview waiver letter then chances are very low that he will have an interview, at least from my experience. I personally would wait with the address change, it can be quite a pain in the butt. I just changed mine last week and I am just hoping it doesnt mess up anything. Hopefully your husband will have received his green card by the time you move.

@m&m1 congrats on your approval!

Congrats to the new GC holders! Here's to hoping we get ours approved soon, too! We're also a "potential interview waiver case" from February 28th. It's starting to get a little nerve wracking playing the waiting game (once again).

Every day I go to the website to see if we've been approved, but every day we are disappointed....

i used to do that which made me so upset, so i totally forgot about it but simply came on here and just read things. That really helped me a lot. Also while you wait you can work on your next steps and familiarize your self with the things that others have done once they got their GC.
