Nope no combo card are anything yet, I talked with a rep. this morning at the uscis office and they could only tell me so much with out the appilicate present so I will try them when I get home from work. I will post what I find out since we should've gotten a combo card by now.

We shoulda gotten the combo card too by now but we haven't. Like I said they are supposed to process that within 90 days. I called uscis but all they can do is send in a service request to the field office. They see as much as we do on the uscis website.

NOA 11/12/13, got my EAD two weeks ago. Online status still says Acceptance. Today I got the potential interview waiver case letter. Seems like I gotta wait a little more...

Still nothing here...I'm not really expecting anything to happen soon but all these post are making me nervous haha

I've had my combo card for month now, AOS is stuck in acceptance.

Oh how I love playing this waiting game...sigh....

Dec 6, 2011: We met online

Jan 4, 2012: We became a couple

March 30, 2012: Met in person

October 5, 2012: We got engaged & NOA1 date

April 10, 2013: NOA 2

April 24, 2013: Email with FRN case number received, petition is on its way to Frankfurt

April 30, 2013: Medical in Frankfurt completed

May 3, 2013: Packet 3 received

May 23, 2013: Packet 3 sent back

June 4, 2013: Packet 4 received

June 11, 2013: Interview ->approved

June 17, 2013: Visa in hand!

July 3, 2013: POE

July 17, 2013: WEDDING <3MARRIED TO MY HERO, MY SOLDIER, MY EVERYTHING :)

Nov 12, 2013: Filed AOS (+EAD&AP)

Nov 18, 2013: NOA1

Dec 20, 2013: Biometrics appointment

Jan 17, 2014: EAD card production

Jan 23, 2014: EAD combo card received

March 15, 2014: Received Potential interview waiver case letter

June 26, 2014: AOS approved, no interview!

Okay contacted uscis this evening and was told my EAD card was released for production today, but they could not tell me about the AP or AOS. at least we will get something. I guess it pays to call some times, but man it took them 90 days just to issue the EAD, so I guess it will be next year for the AOS..:) Thanks for your input folks it really means a lot to know your not alone in the boat.

Hi Chanhungli,

Even though you file separately for the EAD/AP. the document you receive (a card), will suffice for both EAD and AP. My AP status still says something alone the lines of "post decision activity", whereas my EAD status is "this document was mailed to you...". You should be getting it soon!

An update - I got my Illinois driver's license last week (spur of the moment thing - a 3 hour wait in the DMV for a 7 min drive around a few streets..., but hey, I passed, so yay!) and I also have a job lined up which I hope to start next Monday. The job is in a daycare as a toddler teacher - I actually have a degree in Early Years Ed. so this is a nice starting job.

Hope you're all keeping well. I haven't heard anything about my GC yet - we're still in acceptance.

K1 Visa

NOA2 - 13.04.13

Packet 3 received - 07.05.13

Packet 3 sent - 26.06.13

Packet 3 logged on CEAC - 09.07.13

Medical - 05.07.13

Medical results received at embassy - 10.07.13

DS2001 received at embassy 12.07.13

Last status update on CEAC 10.07.13 - Ready

Packet 4 received - 07.08.13

Interview - 15.08.13 - Approved.

NOA1 for AP/EAD and I-485 on Nov. 4 for wife and her son. Biometrics completed in November and AP/EAD combo cards received. As of this morning USCIS website says Case Number Not Found for either of the I-485s. ClockWatch2.gif

Wow, sounds like you need to get a info pass or at least contact them and find out if you case number is correct, make sure to have the applicant with you.

Received notice of potential interview waiver in the mail when I got home this evening. Only downside is there was also some language about a potential delay of up to 6 months (from date of letter). I'm hoping that's just canned and we get approved long before that.

We're still waiting for 485. 765 and 131 received January 30. Slowly, we're building an identity, got a state ID, created a resume so she can begin looking for jobs.
